Ask and You Shall Receive

Here's an ongoing thread where you can ask a question about anything you like about the law of attraction. Do you have a block on anything? Not sure about something? You might want to ask a general question about your 6th sense, or it can be a question about your own personal life. Hi anne-marie, I thought I posted a comment/question here the other day. Hmmm very weird.
I guess I will have to start over. LOL:)

so here goes:
It says "ask and you will receive" why is it that I ask and everything points to receiving and then it does not come together? it has happened on many an occassion.
I give thanks with all my heart and then NOTHING will come of it.

any suggestions that may explain or help with this.

Hi Bella,

This a topic that can be very confusing. Without know exactly what you're doing, it's hard to say if and where you might have the recipe mixed up a little. I invite you to join the Law of Attraction Group. I've written quite a long blog on there about common problems when people ask and don't appear to receive what they've asked for. If you want to send me details of what you want and what you're doing to attract it..then maybe I can throw some light on the situation. In the meantime, read the blog on the LOA group, you might get a A-HA moment from reading it. keep the questions coming

Thank you anne marie for your suggestions. I have done everything but make a "vision board" and I always say I am going to. I have collected pictures and all of that. I will do it!

Also I see what you mean say that business is great and everything is wonderful.
I read somewhere try not to say anything negative for 3 days. I tryed it and it is not easy. LOl. but again I am going to do it. I will keep you posted.

But why do opportunities present themselves only to turn out to be nothing? any ideas about this. Am I stopping it from going further. I cannot imagine that I am but what else could it be?

Hi Bella,

When you think fearful or negative thoughts you cloud your connection to the divine.
For every negative affirmation you say to yourself...like nothing comes to fruit, I get inquires but no customers...that sends signals to the universe that's that is what you want...so you get no customers...the universe always we deliver that which we think about....for every one negative thought ( every time you catch yourself thinking that way), replace with ten postive thoughts on that which you want to attract. You have to think like you did with your other business....I'm so busy all the time, customers just love what I do for them. It's so easy for me to make money this way. If business was any better I'd have to be twins...Love & Light Anne-Marie

anne marie--yes you are right! I know , and I think back to when I was younger and wonder how my thoughts were about things.
first, I never thought about failure. and things went wrong but I just did what was necessary and moved on. I did not dwell on it (like now LOL)
I loved work. even though I was so exhausted with a husband, 3 kids and a big house to clean, a business to run gardening food shopping etc. I just did it. Now I psycho analyze everything maybe that comes with age LOL:)
I am going to do what you suggest. Thank you so much for the advice.

Hi Bella my dear,
I sense very strongly that your barrier is an element of doubt. Maily in yourself and your ability to succeed now. I would like to suggest you do the Radical Forgiveness exercise which will remove those doubts and free up your energy so it connects in a positive way and draws to you a more positive outcome in all things. Sometimes those silly little self doubts can cause mammoth blockages. If you do not know about radical forgiveness and would like to try it, then I am happy to coach you through it..

You may be right. Although it may be more of a not knowing how to begin that gives me doubt. I second guess myself. But I would love to try radical forgiveness. How does it work?

Ok, here it goes. I'm 42 years old and my husband and I have never owned our own home before. We both have bad credit so, when we finally got loan approval, needless to say, we were ecstatic. We found a little hobby farm and were all set to buy it but then couldn't because of a mix up with the FHA loan. Well, we had money saved for the downpayment but, when the real estate agent told us the house was a no go, we ended up spending it on car repairs on two cars that my teenage daughter wrecked. The agent then tells us that the seller has agreed to help us but, with the government putting a hold on the D.P. assistance programs, we can't do anything now. He didn't like that at all and has been ignoring all of our calls. Now, we still have loan approval but, no money for a downpayment. Is there anything we can do, besides have a fundraiser, to help us to acquire the 3% needed before the loan approval expires. I'm getting too old to wait another 5-10 years to save up the money. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Sorry, there is no magic wand I can waive for you, to make your situation better I wish there was. With very few people actually getting mortgages and most getting turned down for loans...I would recommend you do whatever fund raisers you can to get this money together...garage sales, sell old jewelry that you don't wear anymore...borrow money off family...ask for you vacation pay from your employers in-lieu of your vacation... get cash from your 401K....

There has never been a better time to buy property and the fact you've been offered a mortgage is a miracle. I believe you can make this happen....put your thinking cap on and start pulling out all the stops to make this possible :)

Thank you so much for the advice. I've actually been thinking about selling some old stuff on ebay. Do you know of any other types of fund raising that I could do that would raise at least $10,000? I know it will be hard to raise that with just my old stuff. Again, I thank you and please, say a prayer for me. Thanks....

We've been praying for you Tracy. One of the thing you need to do on your end, is say "Thank you God, for the love & abundance that flows into my life daily". and add, "If it is in our highest and best use and in your divine plan for us. Thank your for showing us the way for the $10,000 deposit money for the farm to come into our lives".

Say it many times over and over again. If you find yourself doubting or thinking it won't happen....every time you have a negative thought say the above at least 10 times. Please let us know how you go on with the the purchase etc.

I guess it just wasn't meant to be on the farm. I guess that's why I couldn't get the downpayment at this time. The farm was sold. I know in my heart that I will get a house someday and that I will get the downpayment somehow. Thank you all for your prayers and love.
