Hosting a Psychic Event

Hello all,

June 27th will be the first time I'm hosting what I'm calling, Ask Your Angels Day.
I will have about 15 - 20 vendors offering their services.

For those that have done these types of events, I'm looking for wisdom.

I've already encountered someone de-friending me on Facebook after my announcement of this event. Apparently this person is VERY Christian and pretty much called me a devil worshiper. I'm okay with that. I'd rather it happen now than later.

But what experience can you share and what advise can you give to me to make this event successful.

I did have a dream to clear the room before, during and after the event to keep the energy 'up'.

Hi Nicey- lots of ideas for you. Think about finding some spiritual churches or centers, spas, beauty parlors etc. To help you advertise your event- free prize drawings- for a massage etc. ask each vendor to donate a prize- and give away something every hour- that keeps the public interested and there-Are you charing an enterance fee?

Think about giving everyone who enters and angel message-( ask me how), so everyone leaves with something. Ask you local radio stations if any of them are interested in covering the event. What kinds of things will your vendors be selling? Try and spread them out- no two the same close to each other etc. Get some demos going- lots of interaction- the more the better.

Okay, now I'm gonna ask you how....

Estimate how many people may attend the event- then buy a few decks of angel cards. As they enter the event at the enterance have a table where you open two decks at a time-shuffle the cards lay them face spread out fan like-face down- ask each person as they enter to pick a card randomly from the pile- and hey presto they have their angel message that they can take home with them. As the pile gets low add another shuffled deck and so on - they'll love it! It will also get them in the mood to talk to your readers & healers.
Don't forget to ask them to sign up with their email address for your free prize draws and newsletters- this way you have a set of peeps you can also email about your up-coming events! :o)
