If you find working out in the gym boring- don't do it. There are other activities you can do or start that you would enjoy. Did you used to play a sport that you no longer find time for? If so, make some time to play that sport again or start a new one like, tennis, football, cricket, hockey,swimming or basketball etc. This will get you into the social arena and will be a pleasant change to your daily routines.
Have you thought about learning yoga, aerobics, ballroom dancing, belly dancing or roller blading? If so, stop thinking, about them and sign up for a class. Like to workout at home? Buy a DVD and get into the habit of doing this first thing in the morning. It will set your day off to a good start.
Do you like walking? If so, walk your dog or take a walk around the neighborhood. You might even think about taking a weekend walk in the country side, take a picnic lunch with you and enjoy spending time with loved ones.
The list is endless...just make your decision to do something. If you've been inactive for a long time. Take your time and start out gently. When you feel you should stop..stop. listen to your body.
Exercise makes you feel better, it's that simple. It assists us in releasing natural endorphins, which turn makes us feel good.
Once you're on your healthy eating plan and you add regular exercise, one thing for is you'll chase those blues away and your body will regain it's balance. Once you're in balance, your connection to source will be clearer.
