Have you ever read words you've written, and thought, "Did that come from me?"

I have had a computer for years, but I never got involved in the social sites because I thought they were for "hooking up", and I was already married.
Last year, we started having challenges with our business, and whenever I am hit in the pocketbook, I turn to my spiritual studies. Yes, that is how they keep me where they want me.

I started taking private classes with a Law of Attraction coach to try to turn our situation around. During one of these phone calls, he suggested I join this new site on Ning. I joined it because I wanted to please him. I really didn't think I'd like it.

Well, I liked it so much that I became addicted. I started blogging like a possessed woman, and within 3 months, I had 75 blogs written. I loved writing, but the addiction was because while I was there, my vibration was raised. I felt the love and acceptance and appreciation from everyone there.

One day I had just made a new friend, so I decided to read all of his blogs to catch up on his progress. I left comments after every blog.

The next day, he left a note on My Page suggesting that I read everything that I wrote for him.
He told me that what I wrote to him were messages for me.

I did this. And I was amazed. For one thing, what I wrote to him sounded so wise and otherworldly. At first, I didn't recognize myself or my words. I wrote it, but it was as if I was reading it for the first time.

I told him this, and he wrote: "What you read, you have already written, and what you write, you have already read."

Sometimes I think Spirit is guiding my fingers as they tap this keyboard, and at those times, the words probably aren't mine. Also, when I know I am writing from spirit, I have a ringing in my left ear. That ear is almost entirely deaf. Another symptom I get is the "chills" which I think is a shift in energy vibration.

Try this sometime. Read what you have written, and see if it seems so much bigger than you.

Very interesting I am in a Intuitive class myself right now and love every minute while I am there. The energy is so warm and unbelievable. There are six of us and my teacher is amazed with all our energy. That we all just look at eachother at the end of our class and say "were did all that come from".....I also have the high pitch noise in my ears, chills and extreme warmth usually in my face, neck or arm areas when I am picking up things. My teacher says I can ask the spirits/guide to step back but I really enjoy it right now I feel so connected. I just wish I felt it more....

Those are exactly my intuitive signals: the chills, high pitched ringing in my ears, and that warmth on my neck.

I do it all the time, especially when I'm writing blogs on spiritual stuff. My husband jokes about it- as when I'm writing- and I answer him. He had to look at me or try and engage me in more conversation in order to decide if's it a real Yes- and I've heard him or an Anne-Marie - "Yes".

An Anne-Marie "Yes"- means I'm in the alpha state, self hypnosis or deeply connected and in a state of allowing. I allow things to flow through me as they are not of me. During this time- I go through the motions of answering him- but my vacant expression tells him I'm not there. It can be draining so remember to pull yourself away and limited your writing time to max2- 3 hours a day.
