 We expect our members to read and abide by the following.

To all members;

6th  Sense Connection   (here in after referred to as SSC) is a site dedicated to love and light in a caring and sharing atmosphere. Do make friends, welcome new members, share openly and freely in the spirit of love and light. Please be kind to everyone here. We are all  one race and that’s the human race. We have no ties to any religion – everyone’s beliefs are respected.

Presently we have minors under the age of 18 on site so it’s important to keep your comments in love and light and respectful at all times.  Ours site is a safe and loving community to all whom enters. This is a place to make friends and share your experiences with love and light. Share your insights truth what has worked for you that could be of value to our brother & sister members. The following etiquette guidelines have been put in place so that there are no misunderstandings.

~ No Profanity, vulgarity, or explicit content

~ "Masking" by using alternative characters/spellings and spaces to get around profanity filters, leet-speak, and combination of words that produce an offensive result (e.g. Ura hugeazz )

~ "Filter testing"

~ Discussion of or in-character enactment of "cybering" of sexually explicit material

~ Hate speech (e.g. Racial, ethnic, sexist, and religious slurs)

~ Promotion of or engaging in certain illegal activities, specifically, drugs, drug paraphernalia, computer hacking, copyright violations, rape or solicitation of a minor.

~ Impersonation of another person, SSC members or SSC staff by either screen name or self-representation (e.g. Faking a screen name by using similar-looking characters, or claiming to hold an official title or position relating to the site)

~ "Alter ego" impersonation of another person, SSC staff or SSC member

~ Please try to use slang at a minimum. As in UR instead of you’re or your. Our little ones will have no idea of what you’re talking about so let’s try and use proper English and grammar.

~ Harassment of a member or screen name (e.g. Flaming or continued personal attacks on the SSC Forums and "harassment"

~ Spamming through commercial advertising, repeated posts, or off-topic content by word or intent to the writing forums or to the members emails

~ Excessive invites to other networks will not be tolerated, that is considered a form of spamming. New members who do not to participate in our groups, blogs, forums and just  us join so, they can make friends quickly and send them invites to other sites will not be tolerated. 

~ Any member receiving excessive emails, invites or spam from any member of 6thsenseconnection- please let us know so can handle it appropriately.

~ Any member receiving any inappropriate comments, solitations or seeing in appropraite material on any on our site. Please assist us by bringing this to our attention. We cannot be on line 24/7 so your eyes and ears are very important to us.

~ Attempts to re-register a banned screen name a variation of a banned name, or declarations under a new screen name that you are "really" the banned name or attempts to re-subscribe to an e-mail list under another address after being put on REVIEW by the Administrative staff of SSC

~ Attempts to re-register a screen name or variation of a name, of a member that has been terminated. Such an act will warrant contacting your ISP and reporting you to the proper department.

~ Attempts to re-register a screen name or variation of a name after being originally declined due to age requirements. This includes forging your true age, using another email address or having another register for you.

~ Carrying baggage from another website is not tolerated at SSC. You may complain about or discuss other websites but you are prohibited from posting names, screen names and URL’s without discussing it with the owners of SSC.

~ Acting out your personal love life anywhere on SSC is not allowed. Arguments and disagreements are not to be bantered back and forth in the forums of SSC.

~ Condoning, discussing, threatening or mentioning previous attempts of suicide is strictly forbidden here at SSC. While we do care about you, we insist that if you are feeling this bad then you need to seek professional help. Please see your physician or call your local crisis intervention but do not post it here. It will get you banned.

~ Do not bother anyone with excessive private messages, especially staff members, or by continually sending them files that they may not want. Excessive messages means sending out bulk emails on a daily basis to friends that have not asked for them. Instead- do a daily blog on your page about your subject.

These disruptive behaviors are grounds for removal; SSC site administrators are the final judges of whether the member’s behavior qualifies as disruption.

Our moderators can't be everywhere at once. Therefore, if you witness actions in the SSC Community believes harms another member, or damages SSC Community reputation, or violates SSC Community or some third-party's rights, please make a note of the time/place where the event occurred and contact an administrator.

Forum Guidelines

The forum at SSC is not a place to air your dirty laundry. It is not a place to post arguments or love/hate affairs. It is a place to write your daily thoughts and your inspirations, goals and how you are making progress into love & light.  We do not tolerate statements made about someone even when used in conjunction with "You know who you are" or any variation of that statement. All site administrators have the ability to remove not only forum entries but also to terminate the member who posted it if need be.

~Administrators: Neicy, Sharon, Teri, Jessica, Nicki D, Catherine & Anne-Marie. These people volunteer their time to ensure all who enter- are in the atmosphere of love and light.       

Chat room Guidelines

~ Please be kind to everyone here. Obviously there are those who will not agree with what you have to say all the time and vice versa, but keep it pleasant. Voicing your opinion on the matter is fine, just keep it clean. I don't think it needs further explanation; you know when you are being rude. If it becomes a problem then the individual will be banned.

~ Any chat room behavior which can be considered threatening or harassing in nature is strictly forbidden. This means: don't say bad things about others, don't attack their character, race, heritage, etc. If you disagree with someone, respond to the subject, not the person. It also means there is no sexual conversations allowed.

~ If you are having a problem with another chatter, please contact a moderator or admin so they can handle it. Don't try to fight it out in the open chat room, it solves nothing and just makes other chatters feel uneasy. If no moderator is present, please use the ignore feature.

~ Always be courteous and ask before you send any files. Do not transmit or facilitate distribution of content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, or in a reasonable person's view, objectionable. There is no place in these rooms where hate speech is tolerated.

~ Do not flood (send one after another) the room with sounds or large popup graphics, pings, or time/version requests, making it nearly impossible for people to talk. It can result in your being kicked from the server for excessive 'flooding.' It also makes it impossible to speak with guests that may be entering the room.

~ Do not type in ALL CAPS (capital letters) in the chat room. It is considered shouting, very distracting and hard to read for many people.

~ Do not advertise goods or services or other chat rooms in our chat room.

~ It is the administrator’s discretion whether a warning should be issued.

~ We reserve the right to kick and/or ban anyone from our chat room that does not follow our guidelines.

How Breaking the Rules Will Be Handled

1’STOffence: You will be spoken to in private and told what part of the rules you are breaking and to stop your actions.

2'nd Offence: You will be spoken to in a public form on the message board and asked to stop your actions.

3rd Offence: You will be kicked and banned from MG. Not allowed back in!!

Profiles:

All profile questions must be complete and showing at all times on your page. There will be NO exceptions to this. All questions that show a "lock" are private and can only be seen by the Administration. First time violations will result in a warning requesting that this be corrected, failure to comply will result in account closure.

Creating Groups:

We encourage all members who wish to start their own group on SSC.  All groups need to be pre-approved by Anne-Marie before going live on our site. Please ensure that your group is of love and light, no advertising or fear based groups are allowed.  The group web address must be located on 6thsenseconnection.ning.com. Groups must not be used for advertsing MLS schemes, or products or courses for our members to buy. Please do not link the group to websites for your own commercial purposes. Please keep your group current. Any inactive groups after two months of inactivity will be deleted. Any group that doesn't meet with the standards listed above will be deleted. 

Events- These must be legitimate and not an attempt to advertise an MLS scheme or porducts. Events that are of love and light are welcome; fear based events will deleted. Advertising your products for sale or paid services under events will also be deleted.        

Protect your privacy:

Think twice before posting personal information in the public arenas. You should be careful about the information you choose to disclose. Your disclosure is not controlled by Site Administrators nor Ning Platform and neither party is liable in any way for anyone's misuse of the information in the disclosure.

Personal Issues:

While we are concerned for our members, please keep personal issues out of the forums.

Ownership Rights

SSC owns all rights on the site. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

Postings and comments:

We reserve the right to remove any postings or comments that are off topic for this site or are deemed to be offensive to an individual, company or group. First time violations will result in a warning requesting that this behavior be corrected, failure to comply will result in account closure.

Opinions are protected:

You have the right to express your opinions, either positive or negative, about any topic so long as the all rules are followed. The Administrators will have final say in all decisions.

Promoting of Your Business or Products

We promote our own goods and that of our affiliates only. If you want to advertise your goods- you will need to ask permission and pay for advertising if it’s approved. Please do not promote your products or business except within your own page, within your profile page. No blogs, groups, or responding to blogs, groups, forums or discussion and adding advertising links to your wares. 6^th Sense Connection was created for you to find solitude not advertisements.
