I have read Wayne Dyer the power of intention, really good read. Also Sonia choquet is another good read, I have read lots of her books. I particulary like Doreen Virtue, I think I have ALL of her books now.

- Here's what a good sister emailed me this morning- when I read it it- I thought about how you and I had emailed about buying into other peoples drama. This sums it up perfectly. love ya lots- and accept you can't help everyone- some people are happy being victims :o)

As I take a slow and even breath, I give thanks for
all I see today. In my mind's eye, I see the colors
that give me energy. I see the trees, flowers and other
vegetation that are positive reminders of change and
growth. I see the clouds and stars that decorate my sky.
I give thanks for seeing the many faces that are the
outer picture of people's hearts. I imagine that I can
easily open my eyes wider and wider to the beauty around
me and add it to the beauty within me. I affirm that God
is embracing me through this beauty.I combine these images
with the feelings of joy and let them go, knowing that they
