If I? Would I? Could I?

How many of you have second guessed youself in just this last week?
Do you find yourself arguing with yourself over what decisions to make?

Many people think their intelligence is in their brain- do you?
Your brain is where your thoughts and logical reasoning ability are located.
You are more than your thought and your abilty to reason.
You are more than your feelings.
You are a divine being that has lived many lives.
Your divine intelligence & wisdom are in your core.
This connection to your higher self is often described as getting a gut feeling, a knowing without knowing, how or why you know- you just know.
Your divine intelligence sends you messages of love and wisdom.
It never talks bad about you.
It doesn't imply that you are less or greater than others or that you are a victim of others. It won't tell you that you don't deserve to happy. It doesn't talk in terms of fear, loathing, resentment or guilt. Your higher self only wants the best for you.
If you think you hear it advising you to do things that aren't of love and light- then you're not listening to your divine intelligence.

Once you get used to listening to your divine intelligence instead of asking the brain for it's opinion you will be practicing the art of allowing your higher self to guide you.

To turn up the volume - everytime you start to reason or argue with yourself- you've lost your connection. Either meditate or put your right hand on your heart and take five slow deep breaths. Practice meakes perfect :o)
