GEMS : Use for different Ascendants : An Astrological overview

Ancient / Vedic shastras (manual) (Reference: Hrig Veda) have lot of references of different gems and their effect on human body, and their effects. It has been experienced that every gem has the ability to absorb the radiation emitted by a particular planet.

In order to attract and receive beneficial results, the gem pertaining to the particular planet should be worn, though it is always recommended to consult an efficient, experienced and knowledgeable Astro Consultant to avoid the use of gems related to malefic planets in the Astro Chart.

This holds true even during the influence of major Period /Sub Period (In Sanskrit it is known as Mahadasha and Antardasha) of the planet for an individual. Based on the above and a careful assessment of the chart the selection and timing of the gem is made.
