Connection with your Golden Solar Angel

Taking a Deep breath, as you exhale allow you body to move into a relaxed state, taking a few minutes to flow into a space where you feel centered,
at peace and ready...
Visualize in the Center of your heart, a Golden Sphere of light, about the size of firefly, this sphere is warm and loving, and within it, you feel an inviting welcome.
This is your heart-light, where your doorway to Spirit lies.
Breathing deeply, as you inhale the air that you breath is flowing into this sphere of light, brightening it so that it grows larger to the size of a golfball,
with your breath you are literally breathing in Golden Light.
Breathing deeply again, the sphere grows larger still, and with each long, deep breath you are breathing light into your heart-light so that it is growing out, and out, and out....
Until it is large enough to surround your entire body.
Within this Golden Shpere of light, allow yourself to simple feel and absorb the powerful love that is within the light there.
Feel the light flowing around, and through you with each breath in and out....feel the light flowing through your physical body, your cells and atoms
glowing with radiance.
Now, within the sphere you are totally safe, protected and at peace, you are in a Sacred Temple here, the Temple of the Heart, and it is your meeting
place for the Angels...
Invite into the sphere you Higher Self, Golden Solar Angel of Light, you may say outloud or in your head:
"I call forth My Higher Self as a Golden
Solar Angel of Light into this Sacred Space".
You may see, or feel, or sense the presence of your Golden Solar Angel as a loving warmth, or tingling, or brilliant light in your third eye, keeping
your eyes closed, allow the images and colors you see to flow in your mind...
Allow a few moments to feel the powerful Love of your Solar Angel, Ask to consciously feel that love around you, and you may visualize this as the
Light flowing around and through your body...
At this point, you may ask for your Higher Self/Golden Solar Angel to merge with you fully, stating that you are ready to
"Remember Who You Really Are Within the Light of the ONE"...
With this, you may feel a warmth, or powerful love or energy moving through your body, you may see flashes of brilliant light, If you do not see or feel this, do not think you are unsuccessful, for every time someone sincerely asks to merge with Higher Self, it happens whether we are consciously
aware of it or not. Keep practicing the meditation, and over time your experiences will become more vivid as you awaken your psychic channels in
remembering. ..
Take as much time as you need at this point, you may go on a journey as an Angel, you may simply feel Healing, Loving energy all around you, a Sense of Knowing that All is ONE.
When you are ready, thank your Golden Solar Angel, and state that you want to maintain your connection
throughout the day.
Take a deep breath, and send any extra energy through your feet into the Earth, sending her loving light!
Open your eyes....They are Angel-Eyes!
